  • 32 inch deep models (less cutting board)in four sizes with a 36 inch working height, include 19 inch wide cutting board. Raised rail holds multiples of full size hotel pans for toppings. Interior accommodated 18" x 26" sheet pans for dough balls.
  • Balanced refrigeration system holds product between 33 and 38 degrees F for a high humidity dough retarder environment.
  • Cabinet features Cold-Air Blanket design.
  • Barrier duct design prevents spillage from getting into interior from top of cabinet.
  • Insulated lids are standard.
  • Cabinet exterior is stainless steel and interior is anodized aluminum.
