- Balanced refrigeration system holds product between 33 and 38 degrees F for a high humidity dough retarder environment.
- Cabinet features Cold-Air Blanket design.
- Barrier duct design prevents spillage from getting into interior from top of cabinet.
- Insulated lids are standard.
- Cabinet exterior is stainless steel and interior is anodized aluminum.
